The Xerox B230/DNI Monochrome Laser Printer is designed for small- and medium-sized businesses and home offices. A Smart Start Installer feature helps with simple installation to get you up and running quickly. The B230 prints up to 36 letter/legal pages per minute and 2500 pages per month, and it comes with an approximately 700-page starter cartridge. Automatic two-sided printing is supported.     What about customs?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees, once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Every country has it's own custom policies. 

    Do you provide tracking information?

    Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
