The JPL-100-B is an entry level office headset suitable for regular phone users. The headset features Acoustic Shock Protection to protect the user's hearing and a quick disconnect lead which allows the user to quickly disconnect the headset and move away from their desk without removing the headset (this effectively puts the caller on hold).

  • This headset comes with a Plantronics compatible Quick Disconnect and will require an additional appropriate bottom lead to connect you to your desk phone. The compatibility tool will advise the right bottom lead for your requirement.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
